We present a fusion of dance styles from various Sub-Sahara regions in West Africa including Mali, Ghana, and Guinea.

Class Detail: This workout is divided into three segments: warm-up, the introduction of rhythmic movements and combinations. 

Target body workout area: speed, flexibility, cardio, abdominal, core strength, legs, upper and lower back and shoulders, hips, thigh, arms and breathing.

Duration: 1 hour
